Whether you are a first-time Short Term Rental Property Owner or a seasoned professional, BNBCare are able to carefully design a professional online listing for your property. We will come and inspect the property, take detailed notes and photos, and then create a professional listing for your property either together with you or individually.
Our service fee includes a professional property listing on one web platform, a professional house manual for you to keep and change as required in the future, advice on settings and up to 10 photos on the listing (depending on needs). We can create a web presence on any of the platforms to maximise your property’s exposure. These includes but are not limited to Airbnb, Flipkey, HomeAway, Stayz, trip Advisor, Bookings.com and others.
If you already have a presence online and looking to update your listing, BNBCare can tailor a package to meet your needs and requirements. We can offer advice, update the listing, and provide some tips and tricks to give you the confidence to manage on your own.
BNBCare also have professional photographers we can recommend, if you would prefer to have professional photographs taken for your listing.
