You can block out dates for personal use or for family and friends. After your stay, you will be responsible for preparing the property for the next guest, unless you request BNB Care to handle the preparation. If we handle the preparation, an additional fee will apply. We’ll discuss all details and costs with you during the onboarding process to ensure clarity.

We take photos of the property before and after each booking to document its condition. If any issues arise, such as damage or poor cleanliness, we’ll inform you right away and take action with the guest on the booking platform. Any necessary cleaning or repairs will be arranged, and we’ll ensure that you’re kept in the loop throughout the process.

Yes, BNB Care offers emergency maintenance services. If any urgent issues arise during a guest’s stay, we’ll respond promptly to ensure your property remains in good condition. We will handle the situation swiftly, communicate with you about the issue, and ensure it is resolved with minimal disruption.

We adhere to the cancellation policies set by the booking platform (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO). If a guest cancels, we enforce the cancellation policy, and you’ll be notified of any changes to bookings.
