Once we have simplified every aspect of your requirements, outlining all services that are included, you will be provided with an agreement outlining everything for your property and requirements.

Our fee is a percentage of the nightly rate generated from your property and does not include the cleaning and laundry fees.
The fee is dependant on the extent that BNBCare manages your property. We look after your property like it is our own ensuring that your guests have a 5 star stay.
