Includes web presence for one platform, house manual, manage bookings, cleaning, replenishing supplies, preparation of the property for guests including laundry service, meet and greet guests/key drop, point out features of the property and answer questions about the property/area, departure check/collect keys, communication with guests prior to arrival and throughout the booking, guest reviews. Yard and property maintenance to be organised by the owner.

of accommodation takings. Full cost of cleaning paid by guests plus cost of replenishing supplies to be paid by property owner. $200 for web presence taken out on the first booking. Contract for an initial 6month period and then ongoing
