The Story of BNBCARE
Why BNBCare? BNBCare was born due to a gap in the market for a proactive property management company that provides a personal touch in Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and surrounding areas. My own property was available on various property booking platforms for several years and I could no longer rely on friends and family to manage the comings and goings of my property, if I wanted to have a holiday.
I went searching for a company to be able to manage my property as I did. It was during this process that I found the majority did not have that personal touch that I prided myself on. Yes, they would manage the property, but I felt like I would be just another number.
I realised there was a gap in the market for Short Term Property Management companies that can not only manage properties on various platforms, such as Airbnb, Stayz, Homeaway, Flipkey and Booking.com but provided a personal touch and approach to Property Management. A company that listens to the property owner and tailors a package to meet not only their needs and requirements but budget too.
So, with extensive knowledge of the intricacies of the various property booking platforms, management and organisational skills and the fact that the region is a growing destination for both International, National and Local visitors BNBCare was born.
The best part is when a property owner enlists BNBCare to look after the management of their property, they know they are being looked after by the owner of the business. Add to this the business owner is a local who can provide invaluable information on the region, and you have a business that can provide not only the property owners but guests that personal touch and experience.
Through the proactive management of my own property I know what is required to have a successful property. It is our job to ensure that your property is performing well and that the guests feel right at home because we too have a vested interest in the success of each property we manage.
